The Bwbach Group
At the Bwbach (pronounced “Boobach”) Group LLC, we are a team of retired corporate professionals driven by the desire to give back and make a positive impact. With decades of expertise in Environmental, Health & Safety, Risk and Insurance, Sustainable Facilities Operations, and other corporate administrative areas, we specialize in empowering small to medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations to thrive.
What is a Bwbach /ˈbʊbaχ/ or (plural Bwbachod)?
They are goblin-like creatures that live on the moors of Wales. Though mischievous and rather fond of pranks, they are kind and benevolent in nature. People used to leave bowls of cream out for the Bwbach which they ate in exchange for helping the locals with chores and household tasks.
When the locals woke up the bowls were empty, but all the chores were finished.
Inspired by the Bwbach, of Welsh folklore, we approach consulting with a cheerful and helpful spirit minus the pranks. While we won’t work for bowls of cream, we do believe in fostering long-term success through strategic, real-world solutions.
